I've been on a cookie rampage lately.
Crunchy cookies were my initial achievements but the chewy/soft chunkies were (until recently) an experiment in progress. Sometimes they worked sometimes they didn't.
I'd scribble down the little changes I made, preparation wise or ratio wise and jeng jeng I do believe i've got it! :) I'm really excited to share them with you and have been like a mad scientist ever since conjuring up flavour combinations!
A personal favourite is the red velvet but please hold on just a teeny bit longer cause I'm telling myself it CAN get better and I'm trying to incorporate the rich cream cheese! YUM!
I've had lovely customers in the meantime ordering some of these "works in progress" and from the depths of my little humbled heart, thank you so much.
Also do check out the newly added Tiffany cake. These are sophisticated 'almost-naked' cakes so you can see what you're having! Layers of moist cake are interlaced with rich ganache and buttercream, topped with crunchy crumbs... It was yummy. Looking forward to more flavours too (it's a secret for now!)
